Packaging Case Study

PROJECT BRIEF

With its innovative and ergonomic design, the SockSync makes the common household chore of sock- matching quick, easy, and enjoyable. SockSync’s inventor tasked Trig with providing art direction for life-style photography and packaging design that complements SockSync's modern, sleek, and clean product design.

The final packaging design is inviting, intuitive, and organized.  Our focus on a clean design, free of clutter and extraneous visuals or copy, ensures that customers new to our client's technology are able to immediately understand the product's uses and benefits and can visualize the product's added value into their daily lives.

Art direction

The industrial design team at Trig began by creating mood boards that captured the ideal atmosphere for the product's lifestyle photography and packaging. Next, we created storyboards created to secure essential shot angles as guides for the photographer, and asset suggestions were made to complement the scenery.

Manufacturer-ready dielines

We generated final dielines and sent them directly to the factory for manufacturing, ensuring files were on-time and optimized for their use.

GLAMOUR SHOT RENDERINGS

Finally, we delivered mock-up renderings were to the client to aid in presentations to investors and other key stakeholders. These visualizations were crucial to the immediate understanding of the client's product.
